Get credited every time: a tracking checklist
Most missing rewards come down to a handful of avoidable causes. Run through this list before you start an offer.
Almost every missing reward we investigate traces back to the first minute of the offer, not the hours of play that followed. Tracking is decided when you click and when you first open the app. Get those moments right and the rest nearly always takes care of itself. This checklist follows the order in which things happen, so you can run through it each time until it becomes automatic.
Before you click: turn off VPNs, proxies and any private DNS or ad-blocking app, and pause the ad blocker in your browser for our site. Make sure you have never installed the app or registered with the service before, including on an old phone or under another email address, because nearly all offers are for new users only. If you are on an iPhone, be ready to allow tracking when the app asks; choosing not to can make your install invisible to the advertiser.
When you click: start from the button on the EarnOpus offer page and stay in the flow it opens. Let the store page load from that link and install from there. Do not search for the app in the store, do not switch to a different browser and do not send the link to another device. Use mobile data or your home Wi-Fi rather than a workplace or public network, since shared networks are frequently flagged by advertisers.
Right after installing: open the app within a few minutes and keep it open until the first screen has fully loaded. That first launch is the moment the install is attributed, and an app that is installed but only opened the next day often is not matched. If the game offers to restore progress from an earlier account, decline. If it asks you to create or link an account, do it with your own details, and avoid guest modes that can reset your progress.
While you play: keep the app installed until the final step you are aiming for has been confirmed. Stay on one device. Note the deadline on the offer card, because a step reached a day late does not count however close it was. Purchases are never required unless the step says so. Take a screenshot each time you reach a goal, with your player ID or account name visible in the same picture. You will rarely need these screenshots, but when you do, nothing else will do.
If a step does not appear: first check My tasks, where steps reported by the partner but still being verified are shown as pending. Give it 24 hours, since some advertisers report events in batches. After that, open a support ticket with the name of the offer, the date and time you started, the device you used and your screenshots. We pass the claim to the partner and keep you updated. Claims filed within a couple of weeks with clear evidence have the best chance, so do not leave it for months.
