Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Alongside them we use your browser's local storage for a few settings. This page lists what we store, grouped by purpose, and explains how to switch the optional groups on or off.
Essential
These keep the site working and cannot be switched off. They keep you signed in, protect forms against forged requests, remember your language and store the cookie choice you made. Your sidebar layout and similar interface settings are kept in local storage on your device and are never sent to us.
Functional
These remember choices that make the site more comfortable, such as your preferred payout country, recently used filters and whether the chat is open. Without them the site still works, but it forgets those choices between visits.
Analytics
With your consent we measure which pages are visited, how long they take to load and where people get stuck. The figures are aggregated, and we use them only to improve EarnOpus. We do not use analytics cookies to build advertising profiles.
Offer tracking
When you start a task, the partner and the advertiser set their own cookies or read your device's advertising identifier, so that your progress can be matched to your click and your reward can be credited. Those cookies are set on their sites, under their policies, not on ours.
Blocking them is your right, but tasks started while they are blocked usually cannot be confirmed, which means no reward can be credited for them.
Managing your choices
The cookie banner lets you accept every group or keep only the essential one, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back. Most browsers can also block or delete cookies entirely. If you block essential cookies, signing in will not work.
- Session and security cookies last until you sign out, or for up to thirty days if you stay signed in
- Language and cookie-choice cookies last for up to twelve months
- Analytics cookies last for up to thirteen months

We update this page whenever we add, remove or change a cookie category, and the date at the top always shows the latest revision. For everything else we do with personal data, see the privacy policy.
