Your first withdrawal, step by step

The first withdrawal is the moment a rewards site proves itself, so here is exactly how ours works. You can cash out as soon as your balance reaches the minimum of the method you want. That is $1 for several cryptocurrencies, $5 for PayPal, stablecoins and most gift cards, $10 for the Visa virtual card, Bitcoin and Ethereum, and $20 for a bank transfer. You can cash out as often as you like; the only cap is on how many requests may wait for review at the same time, and the withdraw page names that number.

Press Withdraw at the top of any page. The methods are grouped into cash, crypto and gift cards, and you only see the ones available in the country on your profile. Each tile shows the minimum, the fee if there is one, and how long delivery takes once the request has been approved. Pick a tile, then choose one of the preset amounts. If a method shows a bonus badge, the extra percentage is added to what you receive.

Next comes the destination. For PayPal and gift cards it is an email address: the PayPal address must belong to a PayPal account in your own name, and gift card codes are sent to the address you enter. For crypto it is a wallet address. Copy it from your wallet app, paste it, and compare the first and last characters. The network is named on the tile. Sending to an address on a different network is the one mistake that usually cannot be fixed, so take ten extra seconds here.

Before you confirm, the summary shows the amount leaving your balance, the fee and the amount you will receive. When you confirm, the amount is deducted and the request appears in your history as pending. Every request is then checked by a member of our team before any money leaves, the first one and every one after it. We look for the obvious things: one account per person, earnings that partners have not reversed and a destination that belongs to you. Your history shows the request waiting for review until that check is done, and the delivery time on the tile only starts counting after it.

Once a request is approved, delivery depends on the method. Crypto transactions are normally broadcast within minutes and then need the confirmations of their network. PayPal payments and virtual cards tend to arrive within a few hours, gift card codes within minutes and bank transfers within one to three business days. The status in your history changes to completed when the payment has been sent. If a request is rejected, the full amount goes back to your balance and the reason is shown.

If it has not arrived within the delivery time on its tile, counted from the approval, check your spam folder for emails and your wallet's transaction history for crypto, then contact support with the withdrawal ID from your history. Keep your payout details consistent from one withdrawal to the next, since a destination that changes often invites a closer look. Every request is reviewed, however many you have made before; what the higher VIP tiers change is the order, because Diamond and Opus requests are worked first.
