VIP tiers and levels, explained

Bronze to Opus: what each tier unlocks, how levels fit in and why you can never be demoted.

2 min read

Two progress bars follow you around EarnOpus: your level and your VIP tier. Both are driven by the same thing, your lifetime earnings, meaning every dollar that has ever been credited to your account. Withdrawing does not reduce it. That has a pleasant consequence: progress only moves forward. You cannot lose a level or drop a tier by cashing out, by taking a break or by having a slow month.

Levels are the fine-grained measure. Level two arrives at $5 of lifetime earnings, level three at $15 and level four at $30: every step is $5 longer than the one before it, so the early levels pass quickly and the later ones become real milestones. Your level is shown next to your name in the community chat. It is mostly a badge of experience, a quick way for others to see how long you have been at it.

VIP tiers are where the tangible benefits live. Everyone starts in Bronze. Silver begins at $25 of lifetime earnings, Gold at $100, Diamond at $500 and Opus, the top tier, at $2,500. The first steps are intentionally close together: an active member can reach Silver within the first week and Gold within a month or two. Diamond and Opus are meant to reward people who have made EarnOpus a steady habit.

The headline perk is the reward boost: an extra percentage added on top of what you earn from offers and surveys. It is 1% in Silver, 2% in Gold, 4% in Diamond and 6% in Opus. The boost is paid by us, not by the partner, so it does not change how an offer tracks and it is never at risk if a partner adjusts a payout. On a $100 game offer, an Opus member receives $6 more than a Bronze member for exactly the same work.

The other perks arrive tier by tier, and each tier keeps everything from the ones below it. Bronze members already redeem promo codes for the amount they carry. Diamond moves your withdrawals to the front of the review queue. Opus adds priority support, which means your tickets are answered first when a reward needs chasing. Every perk a tier gives you is listed on its card on the Rewards page, and nothing is listed there that we do not pay.

There is no trick to climbing faster, and that is by design. Tiers cannot be bought, and nothing about them involves chance. The members who reach Gold quickest tend to do two things: they finish the long offers they start, because the final steps carry most of the payout, and they claim the small recurring rewards, the daily streak and the occasional promo code, which both count towards lifetime earnings. Steady beats spectacular here.
